As Technology Director for HDR’s Water Business, Mitch focuses on enabling engineering teams with technology and tools to meet client needs in a rapidly evolving industry. His background includes leading large-scale critical infrastructure programs from conception to completion, and he is passionate about supporting infrastructure development through the successful integration of science, engineering, and technology.
